Provided all Terms & Conditions of the Master Lock BlockGuard™ Upgrade Rebate are
met (as described below), Master Lock will provide a $1 rebate for every hanging
combination padlock retired (regardless of brand) and shipped to the Master Lock Rebate
Center (free of charge in the contiguous 48 United States), up to the number of new Master
Lock® model 1525 BlockGuard™ locks purchased. Specific minimums and dates apply.
Minimum purchase of 250 model 1525 BlockGuard locks from an authorized
Master Lock dealer between March 1, 2009 and June 15, 2009.
Locks must be received before September 1, 2009 .
Minimum shipment of 250 retired hanging combination padlocks to the
Master Lock Rebate Center by October 15, 2009.
Shipment must be arranged through Master Lock Customer Care.

5 Easy Steps to the Master Lock Rebate Program:
Purchase at least 250 new Master Lock model 1525 BlockGuard locks from an
authorized Master Lock distributor between March 1, 2009 and June 15, 2009. Keep a
copy of the Purchase Order - it will be needed as proof of purchase for rebate eligibility,
Take delivery of the new Master Lock model 1525 BlackGuard locks no later than
September 1, 2009. Keep a copy of the Packing Slip - it will be needed as proof of
delivery for rebate eligibility.
After receiving the new Master Lock model 1525 BlockGuard locks (step 2), complete the
online Rebate Contact Us Form . The form is accessible through the "Rebate Offer-Leam
More" link at www.masterlock.com/school/blockguard.
After filling out the online Rebate Contact Us Form, you will be contacted by a Master
Lock Customer Care representative who will: (a) request Proof of Purchase and Proof of
Delivery required in the Terms & Conditions nos. 1., 2., and 5. below; and (b) arrange
shipment of a minimum of 250 retired hanging combination padlocks (regardless of brand)
to the Master Lock Rebate Center. Shipment of the retired padlocks to the Master Lock
Rebate Center must be scheduled with Master Lock no later than October 15, 2009.
Upon receipt of the retired hanging combination padlocks, Master Lock will verify
compliance with the Terms & Conditions of the rebate program. If the Terms and
Conditions are met, Master Lock will pay a One Dollar ($1.00) rebate to the purchasing
school or business for every Retired Lock shipped to the Master Lock Rebate Center up to
the number of Locks purchased. Verified rebate claims will be paid by check within
approximately 8 weeks of receipt of all required materials. Contact Master Lock at
